Synopsis: It was early in the evening on New Year’s Eve.  With his parents out ringing in the new year and spending the night in a nearby town, Will planned to sit at home, watch tv, play video games, and maybe watch the ball drop by himself before turning in.  He got the surprise of his life, however when a policeman knocked on his front door.

The knock itself was not unexpected.  After learning that someone had been peeping in his window a few nights earlier, Will’s parents had filed a complaint with the police department with every intention of pressing charges as soon as the culprit was found.  The police chief who lived not too far away had himself come calling with news that he was none too happy to share.  A thorough investigation of the evidence had turned up a suspect.  It was a girl.  And not just any girl.  Amanda, the chief’s own wayward daughter, had confessed to the crime and even admitted to having done it more than a few times!

At his wits end as a parent, and hoping to avoid criminal and sexual deviancy charges that would haunt his daughter into adulthood, the chief had come to offer Will an unusual proposal.  Since Amanda had violated his right to privacy and seen him naked multiple times, it was only fair that Will be allowed to return the favor in exchange for filing no charges.  For the perpetually horny thirteen-year-old whose interest in girls had skyrocketed recently, it sounded like a great deal to Will.  He accepted the offer on the spot, not knowing that the chief had come prepared.  Returning to his squad car and opening the back door, the chief ordered his daughter to get out.
